Play Safe, Stay Safe

The South Buckinghamshire Golf Course is committed to ensuring the safety of all who use our facility, staff and public alike. We are treating the threat of Covid-19 with the utmost seriousness by doing our part to help stop the spreading as instructed by the Government and NHS/Coronavirus.

On Monday 11 May The UK Government provided clarification on outdoor recreation and rules on social distancing in England.

This means that golf can now be played in England with the following configuration of groupings on a golf course:

  • Individuals playing golf on their own

  • Two-balls comprising of individuals that can be from different households

  • At the discretion of the golf club, members of the same household can play in two. Three or four-balls

  • Social Distancing rules must be strictly adhered to at all times

The South Buckinghamshire Golf Course will therefore open for play from Friday 15 May, this will allow our greenkeepers time to prepare the course, as we have only been allowed to carry out essential maintenance during the lockdown, and for 2 trial runs to take place.

Bookings for Friday 15 May onwards can now be made online members of either Farnham Park Golf Club or South Bucks Golf Club able to book up to 7 days in advance and visitors can book up to 4 days in advance

At this time, we are now offering 18 holes of golf, and will allow a maximum of two balls only.
